Salon cancellation policy
A non refundable 50% deposit of a treament is required for all bookings. If you proceed with treatment 50% will be credited to the cost of this treatment. Payment can be made over Paypal or in cash. A deposit is active from time of booking for 6 weeks or until your booked appointment date only.
Late cancellations or changes (within 48hrs) will result in deposits being forfeited. If you would like to rearrange your appointment before the 48hrs mark you can do so .
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit payment has been made. If there is a delay in making a deposit payment, your appointment slot may be allocated to somebody else. A booking will not be held for you without a deposit payment.
Late arrivals may not receive a treatment - I will always do my best to provide full treatment but can not keep other clients waiting.
Any missed or no show appointments that were not cancelled at least 48hrs prior the appointment will result in a 50% of appointment fee fine being applied to the next treatment booked with Allure Lash & Skin Care.
