Our Policies
These policies help us provide the best service to all our clients. Please review them before booking your appointment.
Deposit Requirement
- •A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost is required to secure all bookings.
- •This deposit is credited toward the final cost of your service upon completion of the treatment.
- •Deposits may be paid via PayPal.
- •The deposit is valid for six (6) weeks from the time of payment or until the date of your confirmed appointment, whichever comes first.
Booking Confirmation
- •An appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit payment has been successfully processed.
- •We cannot guarantee your requested time slot without a deposit. Appointment times may be released and allocated to other clients if the deposit is delayed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- •We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or change to your scheduled appointment.
- •Late Cancellations: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
- •Timely Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment prior to the 48-hour deadline without forfeiting your deposit.
Late Arrivals
- •Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.
- •Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent clients.
- •We reserve the right to decline to perform the treatment if the client is significantly late, and the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation (resulting in the deposit being forfeited).
No-Show Appointments
- •Appointments missed without prior notification (no-shows) will incur a fee.
- •Any appointment that is missed or not canceled with at least 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% treatment fee fine. This fine must be paid before any future services can be booked with Allure Lash & Skin Care.
Hygiene & Safety
- •Your health and safety are our top priorities. All tools and equipment are sanitized between each client.
- •We use only high-quality, professional-grade products that are safe and tested.
- •If you're feeling unwell or have any symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. We'll be happy to accommodate you when you're feeling better.
- •We maintain a clean, sterile environment and follow all state health department guidelines.
Refund Policy
- •Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with you to make it right.
- •We stand behind our work and want you to be completely happy with your results.
- •If you experience any issues with your lash extensions or facial treatment, please reach out immediately so we can address your concerns.
Lash Extension Aftercare
- •Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24-48 hours after application.
- •Do not use oil-based products near your eyes, as they can break down the adhesive.
- •Gently brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie brush.
- •Avoid rubbing or pulling on your lashes.
- •Schedule regular fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness.
Facial Treatment Aftercare
- •Avoid direct sunlight and wear SPF for 48 hours after your facial.
- •Do not use exfoliating products for 24-48 hours post-treatment.
- •Keep your skin hydrated and avoid heavy makeup for 24 hours if possible.
- •Follow any specific aftercare instructions provided during your treatment.
